There's no place like home for Covenant Day, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Charlotte Latin Hawks on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 on April 8th.

Covenant Day's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Charlotte Llaneza, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. That's the most RBI Llaneza has posted since back in March. Another was Avery Houseton, who earned two runs and one stolen base.

Covenant Day is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That somehow still isn't as good as their 17-5-1 record this season. As for Charlotte Latin, they moved to 13-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Covenant Day didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-3 loss against Cannon on the 29th. As for Charlotte Latin, they have also already played their next contest, a 16-0 win against Gaston Christian on the 25th.
