Baseball Recap: St. Michael Comes Up Short

If St. Michael was riding high fresh off their 13-1 takedown of East Ascension on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The St. Michael Warriors fell just short of the Episcopal Knights by a score of 4-3 on Wednesday. The loss was the Warriors' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Michael fell to 2-1. As for Episcopal, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, St. Michael and Episcopal will both be playing Parkview Baptist the next time they take the field. Episcopal will host Parkview Baptist at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while St. Michael will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
