Baseball Recap: Serra Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

After losing to Palos Verdes the last time they met, Serra decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cavaliers walked away with a 4-1 win over the Sea Kings on Wednesday. The game was the first time the Cavaliers have beaten the Sea Kings on their field since March 5, 2016.

The team relied heavily on TERENCE SULLIVAN, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run. What's more, he posted two hits, the most he's had since back in February.

Serra is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Palos Verdes, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season.
