Basketball Recap: Three Way Comes Up Short

If Three Way was riding high fresh off their 72-42 takedown of Ranger last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Three Way came up short against the Walnut Springs Hornets on Friday, falling 52-27. Three Way was not able to make up for their defeat to Walnut Springs from their previous meeting back in November of 2018.

Three Way has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Walnut Springs, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-9 record.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Iredell the next time they take the court. Three Way will host Iredell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Walnut Springs will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
