Volleyball Recap: BASIS Flagstaff Comes Up Short

BASIS Flagstaff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Horizon Honors Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-11.

BASIS Flagstaff's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Horizon Honors, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. BASIS Flagstaff is set to challenge their familiar foe Scottsdale Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Horizon Honors will face off against rival BASIS Phoenix at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
