Little Elm scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 35-28 to the Coppell Cowboys. The Lobos gained 93 more yards on the day, but it was the Cowboys that made the best use of them.

Little Elm's loss came despite strong showings from Thomas Adams and Calton Mims. Adams threw for 274 yards and two touchdowns, while Mims picked up 146 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
