Football Recap: Scurry-Rosser's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

Scurry-Rosser won the last time they faced Inspired Vision and Eli Hutchins did his part to make sure it happened again. The Wildcats blew past the EAGLES 64-0 on Friday thanks in part to Hutchins, who threw for 61 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 40 yards. His passing game has become a key predictor of Scurry-Rosser's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-5 otherwise.

Special teams played a big role in the game for Scurry-Rosser, adding 14 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Landon Draper, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Scurry-Rosser's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for Inspired Vision, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
