Baseball Recap: String Theory Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, String Theory finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They fell just short of Mariana Bracetti Academy by a score of 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for String Theory in their meetings with Mariana Bracetti Academy: they've now lost three in a row.

String Theory saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dayvid Gonzalez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

String Theory's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-1. As for Mariana Bracetti Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.
