Normal West suffered their biggest loss since December 17, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 48-27 to the Morton Potters. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Normal West's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-14. As for Morton, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-4.
