Basketball Recap: Reedy Victorious

Reedy won the last time they faced Creekview, and Jackson Ford did his part to make sure it happened again. The Reedy Lions managed a 71-66 win over the Creekview Mustangs on Friday thanks in part to Ford, who went 14 of 20 on his way to 33 points. His evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Yohan Choi, who made all 5 shots he took racking up 13 points and five boards. Those 13 points gave him a new career-high.

Reedy's victory bumped their record up to 9-18. As for Creekview, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season.

Reedy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 82-73 defeat against The Colony on the 21st. Creekview has also already played their next match, a 71-56 loss against Lone Star on the 21st.
