            Vigor won the last time they faced Murphy and things went their way  on Tuesday too. The Wolves put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp  20-10 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won three games by ten  runs or more  so far this season.

 Kennedy Bendolph and  Jemonica Miller did most of the damage at the plate:  Bendolph  scored three  runs while going 5-for-4, while  Miller  scored three  runs and  stole ten bases while going 2-for-5. Those  five  hits gave  Bendolph a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tamera McCastle, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in four of her seven plate appearances.
 They weren't the only one making solid contact: Vigor  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. That's a new  trend for them: they were averaging 3.4  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matches they've averaged 10.2.
Vigor's win  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 3-7. As for Murphy, they moved to 6-5 with that  defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
 Looking ahead, Vigor will challenge Blount at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Murphy has  already played their next  contest (against Rain), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
