Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph's Catholic Knights vs. First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders
St. Joseph's Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders. While the Knights didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Crusaders 25-18 in the first set.
St. Joseph's Catholic started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 24-26, 25-15, 25-22, 16-14.
