Ayva Mayes Game Report: vs Lafayette Jefferson

Ayva Mayes put up the most runs she's had since back in April on Saturday. She got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and four RBI, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was her lead-up to Saturday's match, in which she improved her previous run total for three consecutive games.

Looking ahead, Mayes and Plainfield are taking a road trip to face off against Noblesville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Quakers have been dominating on the road and they will enter the contest having won 13 straight away games dating back to last season.
