Volleyball Game Preview: Shasta Wolves vs. Foothill Cougars + Official Tickets

Shasta hasn't had much luck against Foothill recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Wolves will welcome the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Shasta will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Shasta got the win against Red Bluff by a conclusive 3-0.

Shasta's got stronger as the match went on, holding Red Bluff to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Foothill didn't have quite enough to beat Pleasant Valley on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Shasta's win bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Foothill, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.

Shasta was able to grind out a solid victory over Foothill in their previous meeting back in September, winning 3-1. Do the Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
