Soccer Recap: Sunnyside Takes a Loss

Sunnyside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They came up short against the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers, falling 8-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-1 on January 10th.

Sunnyside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Tucson High Magnet School, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sunnyside has already played their next game (against Marana), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Tucson High Magnet School will head out on the road to take on Rincon/University at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
