Softball Recap: Summit Storm vs. Caldera

Summit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They lost 10-4 to Caldera. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Summit of the 7-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Wednesday.

For Caldera's part, Brooklyn Chapin was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
