After a string of four wins, Aynor's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 15-2 to the Asheville Cougars.

Aynor's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Asheville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aynor will head out to challenge Dillon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Asheville, they will venture away from home to take on T.C. Roberson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Cougars' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
