Soccer Recap: Wasatch Starts Season with Victory at Home

Wasatch took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 5-1 margin over the Westlake Thunder. With the Wasps ahead 3-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

They hit Westlake with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jayden Cosper (2), Ace Downey (2), and Dekker Runyan.

Looking ahead, Wasatch will host Farmington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westlake, they are taking a road trip to take on Crimson Cliffs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
