Eisenhower waltzed into their contest on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Maize Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Saturday.

Eisenhower had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 25-19.

Eisenhower's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Maize, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12-1.

Eisenhower has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Northwest on the 20th. As for Maize, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Kapaun Mt. Carmel on the 20th.
