Basketball Recap: Larimore Snags Third Win in Last Four Games

North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] came into Saturday's match looking for another win against Larimore, but Jace Collison wouldn't allow it. The Larimore Polar Bears simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] Bearcats 67-33 thanks in part to Collison, who went 10 of 16 on his way to 25 points along with six boards and three steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Gratton, who posted eight points in addition to seven assists and seven boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in January of 2024.

Larimore is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland], they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Larimore will host Park River/Fordville-Lankin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
