Ashlyn Wright put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in May of 2024 on Saturday. She struck out 17 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
