Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Carney-Nadeau

Carney-Nadeau posted their closest win since January 3rd on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Crivitz Wolverines 59-56. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Wolves' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 437th in Michigan, while the Wolverines are ranked 190th in Wisconsin).

Carney-Nadeau pushed their record up to 11-10 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.8 points. As for Crivitz, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8.

Looking ahead, Carney-Nadeau will head out on the road to take on Menominee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Carney-Nadeau is facing Menominee at the right time seeing as Menominee is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Crivitz does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
