Baseball Recap: New Albany Comes Up Short

New Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Westerville Central Warhawks. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

New Albany's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Westerville Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-9.
