 In what's become a running theme this season, Burke gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Field Falcons as the Burke Bengals made off with  an  11-2 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Burke.
  Max Gruber and  Cassius Fiorill made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing,  Gruber   tossed 2.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Fiorill   struck out seven batters over  3.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. At the plate,  Gruber  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 3-for-5, while  Fiorill  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Ray Whipple, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Atticus Davis, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 The  victory  got Burke back to even at 7-7. As for Field, they now  have a losing record at 4-5-1.
