Baseball Recap: Anson Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Anson challenged Hawley on Tuesday. The Anson Tigers fell 10-5 to the Hawley Bearcats. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Bearcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Anson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Hawley, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2.

While Anson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
