Basketball Recap: Bartlesville Bruins vs. Rejoice Christian Eagles
Bartlesville took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They managed a 72-68 win over the Rejoice Christian Eagles.

Leading Bartlesville to victory were Kenzie Denny and Sami Sheaffer. Denny went 7-for-13 to rack up 24 points and four steals, while Sheaffer almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine boards. Those 24 points gave Denny a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadence Gray, who posted ten points and five rebounds.
Bartlesville and Rejoice Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Bruins see the court they'll take on Broken Arrow at 6:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Rejoice Christian, their break will end when they face Cascia Hall at 6:00 p.m. on December 9.
