Basketball Recap: Cane Bay Cobras vs. Timberland Wolves
Cane Bay had lost eight straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped down to 1-1 to make it nine. They were dealt a 44-17 loss at the hands of the Timberland Wolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cobras of the 52-29 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.
Rylie Crain was Cane Bay's leading scorer, having posted seven points. Jasmine Dargan held things down on the boards with eight rebounds.
