The Pocono Mountain East Cardinals put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 60-51 victory over Freedom. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Pocono Mountain East has scored all year.
It was another big night for Taemus Jones, who scored 27 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Pocono Mountain East's points.
Pocono Mountain East's victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.2 points per game. As for Freedom, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
