Softball Recap: Ballinger Takes a Loss

Ballinger lost against Cisco last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Ballinger came up short against Cisco, falling 11-5. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ava Aguilera was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Ballinger's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Cisco, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Coincidentally, Ballinger and Cisco will both be playing Bangs the next time they take the field. Ballinger will host Bangs at 5:00 p.m. on April 8, while Cisco will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on April 15.
