Volleyball Recap: Sedgwick Comes Up Short

Sedgwick saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rossville Bulldogs. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sedgwick was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

Sedgwick's defeat dropped their record down to 18-7-2. As for Rossville, their victory bumped their record up to 18-9.

Sedgwick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Silver Lake on the 4th. As for Rossville, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Louisburg on the 4th.
