Softball Recap: Brewster Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mahopac on Monday, Brewster came back down to earth. The Bears lost 13-1 to the Arlington Admirals on Tuesday. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Admirals recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Brewster saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Siuda, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Brewster now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Arlington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Brewster wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-6 loss against Yorktown on the 14th. As for Arlington, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-4 win against Mahopac on the 14th.
