Football Game Preview: Silver Lake Regional Lakers vs. Marshfield Rams + Official Tickets

Silver Lake Regional hasn't had much luck against Marshfield recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Lakers will head out to face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Silver Lake Regional is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 39 points back in September, they were much more limited against Plymouth North on Thursday. They took a 28-10 bruising from the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Marshfield faced Mansfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Friday. The Rams snuck past the Hornets with a 22-18 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Silver Lake Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Marshfield, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Silver Lake Regional was taken down by Marshfield 48-6 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Lakers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
