Volleyball Recap: Coronado Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Coronado lost against Amarillo back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Sandies.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19, 25-17.

Coronado's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 18-15. As for Amarillo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Coronado is set to square off against their familiar foe Lubbock-Cooper at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Amarillo will take on rival Plainview at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
