It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Garrison had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They really took it to Corrigan-Camden for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-21 win. Garrison might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 20 points or more this season.

Riley McGuire was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 107 yards and four scores on only eight carries, and also threw for 46 yards and one touchdown. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Carter Crawford was another key player, rushing for 101 yards and a pair of TDs on only nine carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Garrison was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 444 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 246 rushing yards in seven consecutive matchups.

Corrigan-Camden's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of William Ratliff, who rushed for 132 yards and one score, and Derrick Reagie, who rushed for 103 yards and one touchdown. Ratliff's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards. Paden Walker was in the mix as well, providing Corrigan-Camden with one TD.

Garrison has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.3 points over those games. As for Corrigan-Camden, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
