Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Churubusco). They breezed by the Central Noble Cougars at home to the tune of 34-0 on Friday. The Eagles pushed the score to 28-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars had little chance of recovering from.

Churubusco was led to victory by Angelo Ianucilli and Brody Lawrence. Ianucilli rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while Lawrence threw for 139 yards and two touchdowns on only eight passes. Churubusco is undefeated when Ianucilli posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.
