Baseball Recap: North Dallas Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

North Dallas won the last time they faced Lincoln and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 4-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Lyric Strambler was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. He has become a key player for North Dallas: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 7-8 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Luis Garcia, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.

North Dallas' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-8. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
