Basketball Recap: Coopersville Takes a Loss

Coopersville was the 66-54 winner over Allendale when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Coopersville Broncos were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 52-51 to the Allendale Falcons.

Coopersville's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Allendale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Coopersville and Allendale should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Coopersville (ranked 144th) will meet Kenowa Hills (ranked 303rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Allendale will square off against Lowell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 318 places (152 vs. 470).
