Soccer Recap: Virginia High Takes a Loss

Virginia High and Gate City squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Virginia High had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 1-0. Virginia High's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Virginia High's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Gate City, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-1.

As of now, neither Virginia High nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
