Soccer Recap: Lafayette Comes Up Short

If Lafayette was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of P.K. Yonge last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lafayette Hornets fell 5-3 to the St. John Paul II Panthers on Monday. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Lafayette now has a losing record at 3-4. As for St. John Paul II, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2-1.

Lafayette will challenge Trenton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. John Paul II, they will take on Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
