Advanced Math & Science Academy had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Marlborough on Monday. Advanced Math & Science Academy put the hurt on Marlborough with a sharp 10-4 win. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Liam Thornley was a standout: he scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Kuscher, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Advanced Math & Science Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Advanced Math & Science Academy will host Bay Path RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marlborough, they will challenge Groton-Dunstable at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be Marlborough's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
