Basketball Game Preview: Hackett Hornets vs. Westside Rebels

The Hackett Hornets will challenge the Westside Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Hackett came up short against Acorn and fell 47-37. The defeat continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Westside also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Hector by a score of 43-33. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westside's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Hackett, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

Hackett didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Westside in their previous matchup back in February of 2020, but they still walked away with a 53-47 victory. Will Hackett repeat their success, or does Westside have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
