McCallum won the last time they faced Richards School for Young Women Leaders and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights walked away with a 3-1 victory over Richards School for Young Women Leaders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 22-25, 25-14, 26-24.

Piper Adair paced McCallum's offense, picking up 18 kills. Adair got some help from Lexi Rosenblatt and her 35 assists. Annika Ellwanger controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

McCallum's win bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Richards School for Young Women Leaders, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. McCallum will challenge rival Bastrop at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Richards School for Young Women Leaders is set to square off against their familiar foe Cedar Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
