Basketball Recap: Milton Comes Up Short

Milton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 69-50 bruising from the Lewisburg Green Dragons. The Black Panthers were probably out for revenge after losing 74-58 to them when the teams met back in February of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Lewisburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Milton will face off against Mount Carmel at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Milton is facing Mount Carmel at the right time seeing as Mount Carmel is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lewisburg, they will square off against Montoursville at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
