Football Game Preview: West Hills Wolf Pack vs. Eastlake Titans + How To Watch

The West Hills Wolf Pack will challenge the Eastlake Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Hills will be strutting in after a victory while Eastlake will be coming in after a defeat.

West Hills will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up ten points two weeks ago, then bounced right back against El Cajon Valley on Thursday. The Wolf Pack blew past the Braves, posting a 42-13 win. The Wolf Pack haven't had any issues with the Braves recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

West Hills' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jacob Romeo, who rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. That's the most rushing yards Romeo has posted since back in August. Another back making a difference was Julian DeBeneditto, who rushed for 98 yards and one TD on only ten carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: West Hills was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 269 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

West Hills didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Rey Garcia and Austin Hamand.

Meanwhile, Eastlake played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 42-13 loss at the hands of Mater Dei Catholic. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Crusaders recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

West Hills will have to contain Tyler Balko as he made an impact in Eastlake's last game. He rushed for 93 yards and one score on only eight carries.

West Hills' record now sits at 4-6. As for Eastlake, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-6.
