Soccer Recap: Spoto Takes a Loss

Spoto managed to keep up with Bloomingdale until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Spoto Spartans came up short against the Bloomingdale Bulls, falling 6-2. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Bulls recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Spoto's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for Bloomingdale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spoto will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Jefferson at 8:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Bloomingdale, they will take on Plant at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
