Volleyball Recap: Shields Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Shields challenged Hillcrest on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Jaguars.

Shields' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hillcrest, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-5 record.

Shields wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Marengo on the 18th. As for Hillcrest, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Monroe County on the 16th.
