The home team had come away the winner the last four times North Baltimore and Upper Scioto Valley had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Tigers put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-16, 28-26.

North Baltimore's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Upper Scioto Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

North Baltimore will face off against Holgate at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Upper Scioto Valley, they will challenge Miller City at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
