Holgate has gone a perfect 3-0 against Gorham Fayette recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tigers will head out to challenge the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses dating back to last season for Holgate and 17 for Gorham Fayette dating back to last season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Holgate challenged Paulding on Monday. The Tigers came up short against the Panthers, falling 12-0.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Gorham Fayette's offense. They lost 17-0 to Waldron on Monday.

Gorham Fayette's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Holgate, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went Holgate's way against Gorham Fayette in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Holgate made off with a 15-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
