Soccer Recap: Ripley Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Ripley challenged Brighton on Thursday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals.

Ripley's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Brighton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5-1.

Ripley has already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Dyer County on the 11th. As for Brighton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 5-1 victory against Southwind on the 16th.
