Basketball Recap: DeWitt Takes a Loss

DeWitt was the 64-59 winner over Brinkley when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The DeWitt Dragons fell 64-53 to the Brinkley Tigers on Friday.

DeWitt dropped their record down to 6-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Brinkley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Clarendon the next time they take the court. DeWitt will head out to face Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Brinkley will head out to face them at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday.
